1. Under the My Acct tab, click "Add Race Organization"

2. Fill out information for Club / Organization


3. Organization will be in pending status until it has been approved


4. After approval there will now be a button under the "My Acct" tab to administer this organization


5. First thing you will want to do is add a class.


6. After entering class name, now edit the settings for this class.


7. Edit class with desired settings. Shown here with what has been the most popular settings so far.


8. Add event name and date.


9. After adding event name and date, now edit the information for your event


10. Edit event information.
All Fields are optional except the Start Date, and Event Name. Race Fee is the same as Track Fee, then Class Fee is amount added per class.
If not Event Classes are selected, there is not a way to run a race.
Event Info box allows for some simple formatted text to be added to the event page, a great place to enter schedules or other information.
This event is set up to use RCDragRaces to do pairing/scoring, and does not allow for users to preregister on this site.

11. The event now shows up in the calendar.
